  2. REBROADCASTING AGREEMENT 
  3.  
  4. __________________________________________, owner of station
  5. ____________________, referred to herein as ORIGINATOR, and
  6. ________________________________________, owner of station
  7. ______________________, referred to as RE-BROADCASTER, agree: 
  8.  
  9. ORIGNINATOR produces and broadcasts over station
  10. ____________________, a program  entitled: 
  11.  
  12. ________________________________________ 
  13.  
  14. which is broadcast as follows: 
  15.  
  16. ___________________________________________. 
  17.  
  18. ORIGINATOR herewith grants the exclusive right to rebroadcast the 
  19. program to RE-BROADCASTER. 
  20.  
  21. REBROADCASTER shall be required to carry the program as provided
  22. by ORIGINATOR, in full, without addition or deletion, except that
  23. commercial continuity and public service announcements may be
  24. deleted and replaced. Reasonable station identification or "liner"
  25. identification may be added by REBROADCASTER.

  28. The rebroadcast of the program shall be simultaneous.

  31. Copyright of the program shall remain in the ORIGINATOR.
  32. ORIGINATOR warrants to REBROADCASTER that  it has the legal right
  33. to authorize the rebroadcast 
  34.  
  35. In the event that ORIGINATOR does not provide a program, then
  36. REBROADCASTER shall: 
  37.  
  38. a) first, substitute any unused backup program provided by
  39. ORIGINATOR (although this clause shall not be construed to require
  40. that the ORIGINATOR provide backup programs); 
  41.  
  42. b) second, substitute any unused future program which is not
  43. restricted from early broadcast (although this clause shall not be
  44. construed to require that the ORIGINATOR provide programs in
  45. advance); 
  46.  
  47. c) third, substitute other programs.
